Vortex Gutters - Limited Warranty

Workmanship Warranty - 3 Years

Vortex Gutters warrants that all gutter installation and workmanship will be free from defects for a period of three (3) years from the date of installation. If a defect arises due to improper installation during this period, Vortex Gutters will repair or replace the affected area at no charge.

Materials Warranty - 20 Years

Vortex Gutters guarantees that all gutter materials, including aluminum coil, downspouts, elbows, and hangers, are free from manufacturer defects for a period of twenty (20) years from the installation date. In the event of a covered defect, materials will be replaced at no cost to the customer, subject to manufacturer warranty terms and excluding labor. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or external forces.

Submitting a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim:

• Contact Vortex Gutters at the phone number or email listed below

• Provide a description of the issue and, if possible, photos

• Include your invoice or proof of installation

Vortex Gutters will inspect the issue and determine whether a repair or replacement is necessary.

This warranty excludes damage or failure caused by:

• Improper cleaning, maintenance, or neglect

• Natural events (e.g., hail, wind, ice, tree limbs)

• Repairs or modifications by any party other than Vortex Gutters

• Structural movement, settling, or other building defects

Terms and Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser at the original installation site. Vortex Gutters shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This warranty does not constitute an insurance policy.
